There is an appropriate time to discuss business in any community. You need to treat people with respect and kindness. It is important to respect the boundaries of others.

Aggressive targeted marketing is not allowed in social media. Your motivation for being a part of the community is to give others the benefit of your experience and to build relationships with other members of your community. You should always communicate in an open way.

People will respect you if you show them who you are and what you stand for. You will establish a relationship. Other people respect truth.

They will want to be honest with you as well. In business and life, transparency is important. Sharing information that you feel will help others is ethical.

Social media needs to be used in a way that is ethical. Government and civil society should work together to curb the unethical use of social media in the country so that the country's tenets are not violated.
